Update on COVID-19

Despite the challenging situation we are all facing, we hope that you and your family are doing well. We are confident that, collectively, we will get through these unprecedented times. For this, we must take the necessary steps as things stand.

Since April 15, our government has authorized the resumption of some economic activities, and our customers’ activities are among them. Since this announcement, we are increasing efforts to return to a normal pace, and we have been gradually recalling our workforce. Our employees are working extremely hard to serve you again, but safely.

During this major crisis, our operations are impacted, like yours, by the application of preventive sanitary measures, the contribution of our employees is essential to ensure that basic services are maintained. Their health, just as yours, remains our priority.

In this period of major disruption, we would like to thank all our employees working day after day in these unusual and unsettling conditions, and we thank them for their excellent teamwork.
