DISTRIBUTION STOX ANNOUNCES ITS EXPANSION IN ONTARIO

We are very proud to announce that Distribution Stox has acquired Provincial Tire Distributors, an Ontario-based company in business for more than 30 years. This acquisition is part of our growth strategies.

Distribution Stox takes a major step forward by adding a new province in its distribution network.

Provincial Tire Distributors was founded in 1988, its dedicated team has worked with passion to provide customers with the best quality of service. Corporate values as well as the passion for employees and customers are common to both companies. Starting today, we are joining our forces to pursue the development of our respective markets.

The administrative unit is based in Barrie and daily operations are made through the facilities of Barrie and Sudbury.

Over the coming weeks and months, we will work closely on a transition plan to synergize the strengths and the experience of both groups. The addition of new product lines, the implementation of new management tools and the sharing of expertise are examples of stimulating projects that make Distribution Stox confident about the future.

Our main objective is to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction with operational effectiveness and best business practices with the cooperation of a dedicated team of over 300 employees in 17 cities.
